Men's single skating and ice dancing performed by Russian figure skaters are lagging behind females single and pair skating in the country, said Alexander Gorshkov, president of the Russian Federation of figure skating (FFKKR).

At the European Championships, held in January in the Czech Ostrava, Russian figure skaters won two gold, silver and bronze medals.
