Evgenia Medvedeva harvested green and dry in World Cup 2017

Russian Evgenia Medvedeva retained the cup of world figure skating champion on Friday in Helsinki, a first since 2001.

Evgenia Medvedeva, aged 17 only, retained her world title acquired in 2016, Friday night in Helsinki. The Russian, who is also double European champion (2016, 2017), left no chance to her opponents by accumulating 233.41 points. Canadian women Kaetlyn Osmond (218.13 pts) and Gabrielle Daleman (213.52) earn silver and bronze medals.

And that gives us two new world records for the ladies free skating and combined total score... which were both previously set by her!
